DMI DOORS
The nobility and characteristics of the 10/10 thick AISI 304 stainless steel sheet allow this type of door to be used in environments where extremely strict environmental standards apply. The installation of the DMI door is the ideal solution to the needs of the electronic and pharmaceutical industry in production areas critical for the maximum containment of particle contamination.
The door is made from a single 43mm thick block, welded and trimmed around the perimeter, and it can be filled internally with (DMI-H) honeycomb aluminium plate. The DMI door is also available in a sliding version (DMl-S) and in a sliding version hermetically sealed on four sides.
The door panels can be equipped with a coplanar Visarm 6/7 safety glass window with an internal spacer in polished stainless steel or stainless steel, push-open knob, door closer and panic bar. They can be made with the necessary settings for housing an electromagnet and/or electric door sensor.
The assembly of the components gives the panel exceptional mechanical resistance, makes the module completely monolithic. The anchoring system allows the door module to be disassembled without having to intervene on the others by sliding the locking keys along the grooves. In this way, installation times and any maintenance times are greatly reduced.
The design and construction of the door panel guarantee totally flat surfaces. The profiles and the window or other accessories are made in such a way as to eliminate any possibility of accumulation of dust and particles, simplifying and speeding up cleaning operations.

The door is made from a single 45 mm thick block, welded and trimmed around the perimeter, and it can be filled internally with (DMI-P) polystyrene, with (DMI-H) honeycomb aluminium plate or with rock wool (DMI-R). The DMI door is also available in a sliding version (DMl-S) and in a sliding version hermetically sealed on four sides (DMI-SE).
